Base rate for up to 6 guests, $135/day; $15.00 @ extra guest

$350/3day for up to 6 guests; $40 @ extra guest

$800/week for up to 6 guests; $100 @ extra guest

Base rate for up to 4 guests, $105/day; $15.00 @ extra guest

Campers for rent
2004 Jayco Eagle 5th wheel in campground area w/AC/2 slideouts:  $75/day; $195/3day; $425/week:  Max 5 adults
28' Jayco 5th wheel set up in campground area s/AC:  $60/day; $150/3day; $330/wk Max 4 adults
24' Anita 5th wheel set up in campground area w/AC:  $45/day; $120/3day; $260/wk Max 4 adults 
 
Breakfast available at main house at $7.50/person, but is included in main house B&B rates

Dinner available at main house with advance notice at $10.00 to $20.00/person depending 
		on the entree, half price for 12 and under (minimum of $5.00)
Baked goods (sourdough bread, buns, caramel rolls, etc.) available with advance notice
Fall Hunter Rates:  During September, October & November we use a "Hunter Special" rate which will be $60/day for 2009 for anyone hunting deer, waterfowl, or upland game.  Each will receive lodging, a large breakfast, an evening meal with all the trimmings, freezer room for your game,  and tips on where and how to hunt. 
 

Reasonable adjustments to pricing will be made to accommodate special additions or subtractions to our standard offerings.
